The Morrison Zion Lutheran Youth Group is hosting a Blindmen’s Volleyball Tournament March 24 & 25 and you are INVITED. Come join us for a day of fellowship and fun. People of all ages are invited who are in eighth grade or older. Youth Group teams will play March 24th and Adult teams will play March 25th.

Blindmen’s Volleyball is played in a unique way. We will drape a black tarp over our volleyball nets so you will be unable to see your opponent. Each player must wear mittens (not gloves!). We will play with Coed Volleyball rules. A girl must touch the ball after the first hit on each side, modified spiking, and only underhand serves.

*Due to the popularity of this event, we will go to two days. Youth group teams will play on Friday and adult teams will play on Saturday. Please indicate youth or adult on your registration form. If there are not enough youth teams all teams will play on Saturday. After I have received your team roster I will e-mail or call you to confirm your entry. Deadline for entry will be March 5th. A $30 donation is encouraged for each team to help offset our youth’s cost to International Youth Rallies. Please send the $30 with your team roster or contact me for a digital method of payment.

Concessions will be available both days. We will be serving hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, candy, water, and soda.
